Swati Sinha is the Leader for Strategic Partners in the Ecosystem Engineering team and watsonx Client Engineering CoE, in IBM. In her current role, she is responsible for IBM technology revenue generation across strategic partners like AWS, Azure, SAP, Adobe, Salesforce, Samsung and Alto Palo. In her 17 years of association with IBM, she has lead teams across IBM Integration, Watson Internet of Things and SI Lab. With 23 years in the tech industry, she has considerable experience being a strategic leader establishing and driving high performance teams. Experienced in bringing in a big picture perspective along with hands-on leadership for global teams in partner alliance management and product development. She was recognized as “Best of IBM” in 2020.
